Kate Rodriguez is the founder and director of Riding The Spectrum, a nonprofit therapeutic riding program dedicated to empowering individuals with autism and similar disabilities. Drawing on experience in adaptive horsemanship and nonprofit development, Kate has built Riding The Spectrum from the ground up—crafting everything from mission statements and bylaws to sensory-friendly lesson formats and sliding-scale access models. Her leadership is grounded in a belief that every rider deserves a safe, uplifting space to thrive, and that horses can be powerful partners in that journey.
